This was the second dress I wore in my engagement photoshoot in Paris. After the proposal I changed dresses in our amazing photographers car and she drove us to the beautiful Av. de Camoens. This spot was beautiful and I loved this dress!

The dress I wore when I got engaged in Paris

My dress is Alexia María Sophie Bow-Embellished Minidress, I’m wearing size 00.

It was October 22nd and it was cold. I was cold but it was the best day. This day is a special date for us (we started dating the]e first time in high school on 10-22-11) so I was ok with being a little bit cold to accommodate the sentimental date, otherwise we would have went sooner in the year. I still didn’t know if we were getting engaged or not, I just knew we were doing a photoshoot. I hoped engagement hence the white dresses but since I love to do photoshoots all the time regardless, I wasn’t sure, it could have just been a photoshoot. We had a little catastrophe happen weeks before the trip (we almost couldn’t go and I was beyond devastated – as many people would be if it was their first time to Europe and their graduation present). It was said to us “go another time”. I would have frozen if we waited another month! You can see my goose bumps in many of the photos it is funny! I am thankful we ended up able to go in October, November would have been freezing in my dresses!(I had to wear dresses. Absolutely had to!) So happy I freezed through it because these pictures are worth it for the rest of my life. Our what turned out to be engagement photoshoot was the most fun amazing day and our pictures exceeded my dreams. I love them so much. Look at them on my Instagram page and I will put some together into a blog post with the full story and all the details soon!

The dress from the designers website:

My shoes are Jimmy Choo Romy 100 Ivory Satin Pointy Toe Pumps because I need size 34 and almost no one makes it! This was truly the only pair of plain white heels I could find in the size that fits me properly. These were wonderful I’m glad I found them in stock in my size!(they are sold out of my size 34 right now as I link this)

More links for everything from my engagement photoshoot coming soon! Plus a post with the whole story and all the photos!
